Registration for workshops is subject to availability. Payment must be made in full to confirm your seat. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the workshop, including slides, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Bharat Exim Academy. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without our written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bharat Exim Academy provides training based on industry experience. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, profits, or success as a result of our training. Your business success depends on your own execution and market conditions.
5. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain professional conduct during live workshops. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or disrespectful without providing a refund.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
